Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor, duties for this role include but are not limited to scheduling, expense reporting, meeting and program support, managing SharePoint sites and other Office 365 collaboration tools, budgeting, and event planning. The Administrative Assistant will be a critical contributor in a high functioning team with a campus-wide reach and a demonstrated dedication to creating community.
Incumbents will apply Shared Equity Leadership to support the success of the office's work. You will support programs and processes that build connection across our community, encourage shared responsibility, and ensure that all voices are included in how we do our work.
