Summary
We are seeking a passionate Pre-K Teacher to join our team at Kidz Learning Kampus in Houston, TX. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners, promoting their growth and development in a safe and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters creativity and learning.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Engage with parents to discuss their child's development and address any concerns.
- Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
- Maintain compliance with state regulations regarding child welfare and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Prior experience as a Pre-K teacher is a must and preferrably experience with TRS.
