Job Type: Full-Time
Lead the Business. Grow the Sales. Build the Team.
We're looking for an experienced Grocery Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy Piggly Wiggly supermarket.
This is NOT a desk job. If you're looking to spend your day sitting in an office, this position isn't for you. Our managers lead from the front by working alongside their team, engaging with customers, keeping the store running efficiently, and making business decisions that drive sales and profitability.
We're looking for someone with strong business sense who understands the numbers behind the business. You should be able to analyze sales, identify opportunities, improve operations, control costs, and bring ideas that increase revenue. We want a leader who treats the store like it's their own business—not someone who waits for instructions.
If you're energetic, competitive, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in building successful teams, we'd love to meet you.
