Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and special dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling, process sales transactions accurately, and operate POS systems seamlessly
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations

Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS is a plus
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry trends will set you apart
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cashiering and sales transaction processing are essential
