We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical leadership for manufacturing process development and continuous improvement within our precision machining operations. This hands-on role will develop manufacturing methods, support new product introductions, and solve complex manufacturing challenges.

What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and workholding for precision-machined components
- Analyze engineering drawings, models, and prototypes to establish efficient production methods
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process drawings, operation sheets, and production instructions
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production capacity
- Lead capital and productivity projects, including automation, special tooling, and machine improvements
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Production, Quality, and CNC Programming to improve manufacturability, support engineering changes, and resolve manufacturing challenges
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and production employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of seven (7) years of manufacturing engineering experience in a precision machining environment, preferably aerospace manufacturing
- Strong understanding of precision machining processes and manufacturing methods
- Experience developing and supporting tooling, fixtures, and workholding
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on engineering experience with the ability to work effectively on the shop floor and collaborate with production and cross-functional teams
