Tired of Corporate Kitchens ? Then this is the job for you ! We are looking for a Kitchen line cook to oversee our daily back of house restaurant operations. Must be a multi tasker and have speed in kitchen. The responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintain complying with safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
- Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area
Skills
- Proven work experience as a line cook.
- Hands-on experience with ordering ingredients
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes and creative with food specials
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
