NOW HIRING: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Los Angeles Region
Salary:
- $90,000 (Annual)
- $500 monthly auto allowance
THIS POSITION OFFERS:

HOLIDAYS: 6 MAJOR HOLIDAYS PAID AS OVERTIME
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in operation/management.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in security.
- Must understand scheduling and operations.
- Must be able to write procedures as required for each location.
- Must have flexible schedule.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and have great customer service skills.
- Must be computer savvy (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- MUST have reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Oversee all branch operations.
- Perform any/and all duties to ensure the effective and successful operation.
- On-Call 24/7 to receive telephone calls and provide guidance.
- Respond to significant occurrences.
- Research, Develop and/or improve policies and procedures relating to security operations with management approval.
- MUST NOT HAVE ANY VISIBLE PIERCINGS OR TATTOOS, NO BEARDS.
- MUST CLEAR DRUG TEST (HAIR / URINE) AND BACKGROUND CHECKS.
Required license or certification: UNARMED BSIS CARD (Or must be able to obtain one)
