In this role, you’ll connect with customers in a retail setting, introduce them to Frontier internet and connectivity solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities of the Retail Account Manager
- Welcome and assist customers in retail locations, creating a friendly and professional experience
- Educate customers on Frontier internet services, promotions, and connectivity solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and service packages
- Support daily sales goals by engaging customers and confidently presenting service options
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer accounts by explaining upgrades, service features, and promotional offers
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
- Work alongside team members to help the retail location meet sales and performance targets
Qualifications for the Retail Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining product benefits
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
