DiFebo Restaurant Group is looking for skilled pizza makers to prepare high-quality pizzas according to clients’ orders based on both traditional and modern recipes. Responsibilities include preparing pizza dough, cutting, grating or slicing various ingredients to be used as toppings and removing pizza debris from the ovens. Maintain a clean workstation at all time.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings
- Bake a wide variety of pizza doughs
- Monitor the temperature of the pizza oven as well as cooking times
- Prepare high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
- Order supplies as needed
- Clean work station before and after pizza preparation
- Ensure that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use
- Plate or pack pizza accordingly
- Manage all pizza order slips and ensure that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner
Requirements:

- proven food preparation and food handling experience
- hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs
- understanding of food hygiene
