Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client records and office documents.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, correspondence, and office management tasks.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Support other administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in customer support roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
