This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at inside sales, and has the drive to build and lead a top-tier recruiting operation. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
What You’ll Do as a Sales & Recruiting Leader
- Lead the team on recruiting and sales strategy.
- Drive business growth through strategic networking, relationship-building, and inside sales excellence
- Coach and lead the team to source, engage, and place top-tier talent while maintaining high fill ratios and strong retention
- Develop and strengthen client partnerships, ensuring business needs are met with urgency and high-level service
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to execute goals and push the business forward
- Take ownership of your business and and team.
