Courtyard Early Learning Center is looking to add to our team of fun and talented PRESCHOOL Teachers to lead in our Kindergarten Readiness Program (KRP)!
This position requires the following:
- Early Education Degree
- One or more years of experience teaching in a PreK environment.
- Experience with lesson planning and leading a class with structure while still having fun.
- A STRONG desire to learn how to implement lesson plans and build a structured classroom routine, with the guidance of our long-term Director, Candace Goff.
Benefits:
- $18.00 per hour ($33,606 salary) to $21.00 per hour ( $39,312 annual base salary)
- Paid Time Off! We are providing the successful applicant of this position one of two options for paid time off, as seen below.
- Health Insurance Stipend: Up to $200 a month to pay towards health insurance once proof of health insurance has been purchased. We will connect you with an agent to get you health insurance and coach you through the process.
- Retirement Stipend: Up to $300 a month to pay towards retirement once proof of a retirement account has been set up. We will connect you with an agent to get you a retirement set up and coach you through the process and can show you a n amortization of how the account can grow.
- Only a 36 Hour a Week Work Commitment (36 hours a week are paid as a salary. If the employee works less than 36 hours a week, PTO will be used to reach the 36 hour a week commitment. If the employee works more than 36 hours a week, the hours above 36 hours will be banked for future weeks).
- Two Schedule Options as seen below.
Paid Time Off Benefits:
- Option 1: 17 Paid Time Off (PTO) hours per month to be used as desired. (One weeks notice is required to request for time off).
- Option 2: 4 Paid Time Off (PTO) hours per month to be used as desired AND the following days off to match the Jefferson City Public School District: September 7, 2026, November 23, 2026 through November 27, 2026, December 23, 2026 through January 1, 2027, January 18th, 2027, February 15, 2027, and March 22nd, 2027 through March 26, 2027, May 28th, 2027, May 31st, 2027, June 18th, 2027 July 5th, 2027 and August 13th, 2027.
Weekly Schedule Options:
- Work 36 - 40 hours a week over a 4 day week (10 hour days).
- Work 36 - 40 hours a week over a 5 day week (8 hour days).
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
