BVR Waste & Recycling is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in College Station, Texas.
In this role, you'll safely deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers for commercial, industrial, construction, and residential customers throughout the Brazos Valley. This position offers steady, year-round work, local routes, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company that values safety, customer service, and employee development.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver, exchange, and remove containers
- Service commercial, industrial, construction, and residential customer locations
- Transport waste, recycling materials, construction debris, and approved materials to disposal and processing facilities
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Complete required logs, inspections, and DOT documentation
- Properly secure containers and loads for safe transport
- Place and retrieve containers without damaging customer property
- Maintain communication with dispatch, supervisors, and customers throughout the day
- Report maintenance concerns, accidents, incidents, or route issues promptly
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at all times
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Clean driving record
- AbPreferred Qualifications
- Previous roll-off truck experience
- Waste and recycling industry experience
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance requirements
- Experience operating in construction sites and confined spaces
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Climb in and out of the truck multiple times throughout the day
- Walk, bend, reach, and climb frequently
- Secure tarps and inspect containers
- Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
