What you Need to be Qualified for the HVAC Service Technician Position
In order to be qualified for the HVAC Service Technician position, You need the desire to learn and keeping up to date with the ever changing technology. NATE certification is a plus as is selling experience. A clean, safe driving record and a valid Driver's License is required for our HVAC Service Technicians. Our HVAC Service Technicians need to be highly organized with exceptional follow through abilities along with strong verbal and written communication skills. Their passion about the HVAC industry and high integrity with advanced social skills will help in their ability to make solid connections and repeat business. A strong desire to be a better Technician tomorrow than you are today with an outgoing personality and clean-cut appearance that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment is imperative. Our HVAC Service Technician needs to be a competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team. Our HVAC Service Technician must have their own personal hand tools.
