Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping customers, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and working closely with both customers and field technicians.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions and service requests
- Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
- Follow up with customers regarding estimates, services, and reviews
- Assist with sales opportunities by educating customers on available services
- Communicate with technicians regarding schedules and customer needs
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Perform general office and administrative duties
