Associate Tech (Packaging Operator) (1st shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
As a Packaging Operator on the 1st shift, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment. Working within multidisciplinary autonomous teams, you'll drive operational efficiencies, adopt new technologies, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. You'll embrace Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) principles, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform necessary tasks to plan and package high-quality products on time and in the right quantities in OTC and Nutritional factories at the Myerstown site in accordance with site policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and practices.
Work with multidisciplinary autonomous and dynamic teams to drive operational efficiencies, best practices, adopt new technologies, and ensure continuous production process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $23.32-$34.99. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
