Description:
RMDC Royal Summer Experience is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and positive Assistant Camp Counselors to support daily camp operations, camper supervision, activities, transitions, meals, and recreational programming.
Assistant Counselors will work closely with Lead Counselors and camp leadership to help create a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all campers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with camper supervision and daily activities
- Help manage transitions between activities
- Support campers during meals and recreational periods
- Assist with setup and cleanup of activities
- Encourage positive participation and teamwork
- Help maintain a safe and organized environment
- Communicate concerns with leadership staff
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with children preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, and energetic
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Camp, school, dance, childcare, or mentoring experience
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
