Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Canon or Xerox copier Technician to join our team. As the Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring customers primers, copiers, scanners systems, are operating at peak performance. You will also handle all IT support requests and assist colleagues with their IT needs. Your role is vital to the repair, maintain our customers office equipment in Peak performance status. As well as a achieve total customer satisfaction, so allowing us to reach our business goals. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hardware in working order
- Have a great response time
- Install and configure software
- Train customers in best practices in technology and how to use and equipment
- Assess customers, issues and solutions, for their environment to run that optimal conditions.
- Run schedule, PMs and guaranteed up time for the customer.
- Maintain optimized MFP's
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience as an MFP's Technician or an MFP's Certification is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding customers need some frustrations.
