Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Traffic Signal Bucket Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will operate specialized bucket trucks to install, maintain, and repair traffic signals and related electrical systems. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient functioning of traffic control devices that keep roadways safe for all users.
Responsibilities including, but not limited to
- Safely operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment to access traffic signal components at various heights and locations
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair traffic signals, street lighting, and electrical systems with precision and attention to detail
- Use hand tools, power tools, and excavation equipment to perform maintenance tasks effectively
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects involving traffic signal infrastructure
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including repairs, inspections, and safety checks
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license with less than four points no DUI, reckless driving, SR-22 or any other major convictions in the last five years
- operating bucket trucks or similar aerial lift equipment
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to traffic signal installation and maintenance
- or roadway environments with a focus on electrical systems
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
