Summary
We are looking for a motivated IT Intern looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional corporate IT environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to work with a variety of technologies and gain practical exposure to IT operations.
This is a seasonal position that would start as soon as possible and has a tentative end date of December 23rd. Business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm with the ability to be flexible for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Upgrade company computers to Windows 11
- Install and configure company software tools
- Assemble and test remote work kits, including laptop, external monitor, keyboard & mouse, and headset.
- Assist with upgrading cubicle workstations and installing new PCs
- Support the IT team with other related hardware and software setup tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow setup instructions accurately.
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and set up computer equipment (with assistance if needed)
