- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
- Every other weekend required
- $13,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and nursing assessments
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and leadership
- Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active and unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
