We're Hiring: Payroll Specialist
Full-Time | $24.00-$26.00 per Hour | Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Alliance Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join one of our growing clients.
This is a 6-month temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a permanent employee for the right individual.
If you have extensive experience processing multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in accuracy and compliance, we'd like to speak with you.
What You'll Do:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly multi-state payroll
- Maintain payroll records and employee data
- Process new hires, terminations, payroll changes, deductions, commissions, and garnishments
- Ensure payroll tax compliance
- Prepare quarterly reports and year-end W-2s
- Administer payroll-related benefits
- Partner with HR and Finance
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Support employees with payroll questions
Qualifications:
✔ 5+ years of payroll experience
✔ 5+ years using ADP Workforce Now
✔ Multi-state payroll experience
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Payroll tax and compliance knowledge
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
