Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage shift staffing by assigning tasks, overseeing team performance, and providing coaching and training to new and existing staff.
- Oversee food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations and company standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system; perform cash handling duties with integrity.
- Control inventory levels minimizing waste through effective food management practices. (you will not be required to do any inventory)
- Ensure quick service by coordinating kitchen activities, supervising food production, and maintaining efficient workflow during busy hours.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving guest concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams within quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback for staff development.
