We are seeking a sales associate for a family-owned Ace hardware store. Approximately 28-32 hours per week with the potential for full-time employment after 6 months for the right candidate. Retail experience and/or experience working in home improvement a plus!
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right products for their projects.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Assist with inventory counting and store resets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills.
- Basic math and computer skills for cash register use.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Past hardware or retail experience is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
