Meta is seeking a Knowledge Intelligence Specialist who believes the future of HR knowledge belongs in everyone's hands. This role supports our People Operations Knowledge Intelligence Program, helping evolve how company knowledge is discovered, shared, and used by moving to AI-powered systems that put intelligent, personalized knowledge directly in the hands of every employee. You'll support the implementation of a knowledge management framework across HR domains — one designed not just to organize information, but to deliver smart insights that empower people to make proactive decisions about their work, their teams, and their careers.
- Assess opportunities from stakeholders to ensure alignment with Knowledge Intelligence Program goals and business priorities

Lead complex, multi-team initiatives spanning AI integration, system implementations, and organizational change to build and test new knowledge solutions

Coordinate and lead project meetings — kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives — and provide regular updates, escalating issues as needed

Monitor and report on program status and progress, raise awareness of roadblocks, and action tactical activities

Identify and mitigate project risks, develop contingency plans, and define success metrics for AI-powered knowledge projects using data and business outcomes

Create and implement AI-driven systems for knowledge discovery and recommendation, uncovering key insights across HR domains

Inform how we build smart content systems to automate content creation, tagging, and optimization

Conduct strategic knowledge assessments using predictive analytics to identify information gaps and anticipate organizational needs

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build AI-powered content personalization, dynamic knowledge delivery, and new knowledge experiences

Participate in testing AI solutions for HR knowledge and employee self-service

Influence forward-looking knowledge management by applying trend analysis, emerging technologies, and innovation to align our strategy with long-term organizational goals

Support change management for AI adoption and tooling initiatives across HR teams

Participate in workshops, meetings, and trainings to promote, maintain, and improve knowledge management across the organization

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta

4+ years of experience in strategic program management, HR technology, knowledge management, or organizational development

Proven track record of successfully managing content and/or knowledge management projects from concept to launch

Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content management systems or intelligent automation platforms

Hands-on experience applying AI to knowledge retrieval and employee self-service

Experience defining success metrics and evaluating ROI for AI-powered initiatives using data-driven approaches

Experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and future-focused program design

Experience communicating complex AI concepts in writing and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for diverse audiences and drive organizational change

Experience collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while executing independently as priorities evolve

Certification in knowledge management

Knowledge of responsible AI implementation in HR contexts

Experience with content management systems, taxonomy design, or information architecture

Background in change management frameworks or certifications

Experience with data visualization or reporting tools to communicate knowledge health metrics and program outcomes to leadership

Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures

Experience in a Big Tech environment

Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
