Primary Responsibilities
- Assist Spa Manager by overseeing the flow of customer service, booking and customer satisfaction
- Provide superior customer service and answer incoming telephone calls, greet clients, book spa services and processing clients' final tickets
- Inform and educate clients about our products and services.
- Provide superior service and etiquette as ambassadors of the LaBelle brand by ensuring that clients are receiving the services they want and assisting in cases of client dissatisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Previous spa or salon experience
- Retail/ customer service experience a plus
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Familiarity and comfort using a computer
- Outgoing, Friendly, Customer Service Oriented Personality
Compensation
Based on Experience. Benefits include medical & dental benefits and service and product discounts.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
