Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on powersports vehicles using diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair and replace mechanical components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, and electrical systems with precision and care.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly, disassembly, welding, soldering, and mechanical repairs.
- Assist Service Team by explaining repair procedures, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring their questions are answered clearly and professionally.
- Conduct heavy lifting of parts and vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document all service work thoroughly in service records and communicate progress with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or service technician experience working on powersports or automotive vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures including brake repair, suspension work, pre-delivery assembly, and basic/annual/full maintenance services.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and heavy lifting techniques.
- Experience in repair or mechanic roles with a focus on powersports equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of dealership operations or sales processes is a plus but not required.
- Complete technician certification training & stay current with factory technical bulletins
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations relating to safety, OSHA, and hazardous materials handling

Compensation
Compensation up to $45 per flag hour based on experience, skillset, and certifications
