We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food items as necessary, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality guest services.
- Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
- Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales techniques to promote menu items effectively.
- Must be able to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
