Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will work alongside Licensed and Registered Nurses to support patients/residents with their daily needs while helping improve their overall quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Supporting mobility, hygiene, feeding, and personal care needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Providing compassionate and respectful care
- Helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Ensuring patients’ rights, dignity, and independence are respected
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Current CNA certification required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
