Ladd Pro Builders is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team building and remodeling custom homes. We are looking for a skilled craftsman with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality finish work.
Position: Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and detailed finish plans. Install interior doors, door jambs, trim, baseboards, casing, and crown molding
- Install custom millwork, cabinetry, paneling, wainscoting, and built-ins. Install and fit specialty woodwork and architectural details
- Perform precise measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation. Scribe and cope trim and millwork for a seamless finished appearance
- Work with a variety of high-end wood species and finish materials. Maintain tight reveals, consistent lines, and precise joints
- Identify and resolve installation issues while maintaining design specifications. Coordinate with homeowners and other trades
- Protect finished surfaces and maintain a clean, organized work area. Complete work to the high standards expected in remodeling construction
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional finish carpentry experience
- Strong experience with residential finish carpentry. Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Strong knowledge of trim, molding, doors, cabinetry, and custom millwork installation. Proficient with professional carpentry hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately measure, calculate, cut, fit, and install materials. Ability to work independently while following project plans and specifications
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and committed to quality workmanship. Must have reliable transportation and appropriate tools
