At TBL, we go beyond basic daycare and boarding. Our focus is on structure, enrichment, and safe socialization to create well-balanced, happy dogs. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about growing into a dual role.
Position Details
- Part-time, year-round opportunity (15-20hours per week to start with room to expand after training and advancement)
- Must be available weekends and some holidays
- Starting in our dog daycare & boarding department, with training to advance into our office/reception position for qualified team members who are excelling in the initial daycare position.
- Immediate hiring with opportunities for growth within the company

Primary Responsibilities (Dog Daycare & Boarding)
- Supervise groups of dogs with a calm, confident approach
- Reinforce good behavior and encourage positive social play
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized environment (waste pickup, mopping, laundry, dishes, kennel sanitation)
- Provide basic care for boarders including feeding, administering medications, and monitoring health and behavior
- Assist with baths, nail trims, and enrichment activities
- Stay on your feet and active throughout your shift, indoors and outdoors in all weather
Additional Office Responsibilities (Once Cross-Trained)
- Answer phones and emails in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule appointments, check dogs in and out, and process payments
- Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication between departments
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
