Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the preschool program, including curriculum development, teacher supervision, and student assessment
Collaborate with the school administration to develop and implement school-wide policies and initiatives
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional growth and Jewish identity
Develop and maintain relationships with parents, faculty, and the broader Jewish community
Manage and oversee the preschool budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Ensure compliance with state and national regulations, as well as accreditation standards
Build Future Leaders: Jewish, successful, proud, and guide our students to become confident, compassionate, and curious individuals
