We're seeking a Maintenance Specialist who is:

Qualifications

A High School diploma or GED
-
A minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial setting

Must have a valid drivers' license
-
Must demonstrate the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers and staff
Schedule and Details
-
Full-time position 12 months, 8 hours per day
-
Essential employee position - required to report to work or continue working during closures or emergency conditions to maintain critical operations, safety, and infrastructure as determined by supervisor

Troubleshooting or performing routine repairs on all HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Water, and Security Systems

General Maintenance such as changing ballast and belts
-
Grounds Maintenance
-
Basic repairs to buildings including roof, plaster, wall and ceiling tiles, windows, and window coverings

Maintenance of boiler and maintenance areas
-
Delivery and distribution
-
Assisting in snow removal activities.
