We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishment in delivering exceptional pizzas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, particularly in quick service restaurant industry. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and customer service are met while fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation.
- Hire, train, mentor, and supervise staff across all shifts, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining food safety standards.
- Adhere to all Little Caesars policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven leadership experience in a restaurant management role, QSR industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Experience managing shifts effectively, ensuring optimal staffing levels during peak hours.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
