What Is a Switch Position Team Member?
You are the heartbeat of the restaurant.
This role rotates between:
- Front counter (greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments)
- Food line (assembling burritos, bowls, tacos, and salads with speed and accuracy)
- Front-of-house (keeping the dining room, drink station, and guest areas spotless)
- Prep & stocking (making sure the line is always ready for the next rush)
You will touch every part of the guest experience — and you will be trained to do it well.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years old or above
- Be able to speak and understand Spanish
- Show up on time and take responsibility for your shifts
- Treat teammates and guests with kindness and respect
- Care about cleanliness, food safety, and doing things the right way
- Stay calm, friendly, and focused during busy rushes
- Want to grow, learn, and become great at what you do
This is a team environment. If a coworker is overwhelmed, you help.
If a guest has an issue, you own it and fix it.
What You’ll Be Trained To Do
You will receive structured, hands-on training from our certified trainers, including:
- Customer service & hospitality
- Cash handling and register systems
- Food assembly, portioning, and quality standards
- Food safety and sanitation
- Teamwork and communication
You will never be thrown on the line without support — but once trained, we expect excellence.
