BCBA / Clinic Director: Run a Clinic. Keep Your Caseload. Lose the Burnout.
About Stride
Stride Autism Centers was built differently. Founded by a family with firsthand experience navigating autism, we set out to create something better for children, families, and the clinicians who serve them. Today, we operate 23 award-winning, center-based ABA clinics across Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska, and South Dakota, and we're growing.
71% of our clients mainstream into general education classrooms after Stride. 98% of parents report meaningful improvements in their child's ability to initiate communication. Those outcomes are only possible because of the quality of our clinical team.
The Role
As a BCBA / Clinic Director at Stride, you'll carry a small caseload of preschool learners (ages 2-6) and lead the clinical operations of your center. You'll report to a Director of Clinical Operations with consistent consultative access to thought leaders in ABA, and you'll work alongside motivated, mission-driven colleagues who share your commitment to clinical excellence.
This is a role for someone who wants to do their best clinical work, not manage burnout.
Our Core Values
Everything we do at Stride is grounded in five principles:
- Do What's Right: For clients, for families, for each other.
- Continuous Improvement: We pursue growth personally and professionally, always.
- Collaborate, Collaborate, Collaborate: Great clinical outcomes are a team effort.
- Infuse Joy: We bring energy, warmth, and positivity to everything we do.
- Care BIG: We show up fully for the children and families who trust us.
If these values resonate with how you work, you'll feel at home here.
