MaX House is a rapidly growing real estate team seeking a Transaction Coordinator Manager to join our Leadership Team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Transactions Department.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient transactions from contract to close while providing oversight, support, and accountability for our Transaction Coordinators. The ideal candidate is a licensed real estate professional who is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional white-glove service to both clients and agents.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Transactions Department and its daily operations
- Provide leadership, coaching, support, and accountability to Transaction Coordinators
- As a working leader, provide hands-on transaction coordination support when needed, including covering transaction files during vacations, time off, staffing shortages, and scheduled days off for team members.
- Ensure all transactions are managed accurately and efficiently from contract to close
- Maintain compliance with brokerage, state, and company requirements
- Monitor contract deadlines, contingencies, inspections, financing, and closing milestones
- Ensure department systems, processes, and procedures are consistently followed
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows
- Maintain accurate transaction records, reporting, and compliance documentation
- Serve as a resource for agents regarding contracts, transaction processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to support company goals and initiatives
- Resolve transaction issues proactively and escalate concerns when necessary
- Deliver exceptional white-glove service to clients, agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and vendors
Qualifications
Required
- Active Real Estate License
- Previous Transaction Coordination experience
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Must be available to attend in-person leadership meetings, team events, and training opportunities as needed
Preferred
- Leadership or management experience
- Experience managing multiple transactions and priorities simultaneously
