POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Atlas Hot Tub Technician, you will provide professional diagnostic and repair services to all our customers with a proactive approach to correct any issues that may arise. A company vehicle will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide diagnostic and repairs for hot tubs and swim spas.
Provide reliable, professional service.
Must be willing and able able to work outside in reasonable weather conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be dependable and motivated.
Must effectively read and comprehend client information, service manuals, and appropriately analyze hot tub problems and solutions.
Must be reliable and flexible to handle changes in schedule at a moment's notice.
Must maintain good working relationships and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and product vendors/manufacturers' technical support and customer service departments.
Must have basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing and electrical skills.
Must be able to manage and track time properly, and complete service tickets timely.
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
