We specialize in recognition/commemorative programs and currently have hundreds of customers. An Inside Sales Assistant who has excellent communication skills, is a creative thinker and pays attention to details is perfect for our company.
Responsibilities Include:
- Act as liaison between customers and suppliers
- Provide creative solutions to customers in execution of requests
- Coordinate design requests and revisions to art department
- Provide customer with quotes after gleaning details from suppliers
- Write purchase orders, sales orders and quotes utilizing BusinessWorks software
- Coordinate project shipments with Warehouse Manager
- Answer phone calls and communicate with customers and suppliers
- 5+ years of sales assistance experience needed
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our small team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing clients, providing customer service, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to work both independently and as a team.
