At YALLA Shawarma, we're looking for an energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven team member who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
This is a cross-trained position that combines both Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) responsibilities. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Back of House
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assist with food prep
- Assemble menu items with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen
- Follow food safety and quality standards
- Restock and organize inventory throughout the shift
Front of House
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take orders accurately and answer menu questions
- Serve food and beverages
- Expo orders to ensure accuracy and presentation
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working both in the kitchen and with guests
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person
