In this rewarding role, you will:
- Provide 1:1 or small-group support to students, assisting academically, behaviorally, and socially as directed by teachers and school staff.
- Aid with classroom routines, transitions, mobility, and personal care needs.
- Help implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs according to individual student requirements.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

To be eligible, you must:
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Complete a TB test according to school district guidelines.
- Be able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as tasks require.
- Obtain (or be willing to obtain) all necessary clearances prior to starting.
Preferred candidates will also have:
- Previous experience in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health.
- Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
- CPI, PMT, or RBT background (not required, but helpful).
- Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach.
