JOB SUMMARY:
The PCM is responsible for the ensuring that good manufacturing practice is being performed to ensure that a safe and high-quality product is being produced.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.

Take a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are being produced; reporting any deficiencies that are found.

Interpret and enforce good manufacturing practice (GMP), regulations, and procedures to ensure food safety standards are met.

Maintain records that would confirm that good manufacturing practices are being implemented.

Other duties may be assigned at the request of the 2nd Processing Superintendent.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months of experience and/or training; or the combination equivalent of both education and experience.
