Location: Lakewood, NJ
Pay: $25/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview:
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining and repairing the equipment that keeps production moving. From troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to supporting new equipment installations and facility maintenance projects, you'll tackle a variety of challenges every day. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
- Diagnose equipment issues and coordinate repairs, parts sourcing, and replacement components
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Conduct facility maintenance and safety inspections while maintaining a safe work environment
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00am – 4:30pm
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of maintenance mechanic experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience with CMMS software, Microsoft Office, and industrial troubleshooting tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment
