Job Summary
Small shop (Farrell Diesel and Auto) looking for a Lead Diesel Tech who knows what they’re doing and doesn’t need baby sat. Light duty, Medium duty, Heavy duty, Equipment, and Bucket trucks. If you’re qualified for the job, you know what skills you need, what you’re going to be doing, and how this all works.
Pay rate is entirely dependent on skills, work ethic, and motivation. We’re a small shop, and you will get out of it what you put into it. Starting pay will be paid daily at standard hourly rate until hired full time. Full time rate will be base salary + Flat rate bonus.
40-60+ hours
