Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions and manage cash handling procedures.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and promote sales.
- Assist with merchandising, ensuring products are displayed attractively and stocked adequately.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales with commission is required.
- Familiarity with basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
