What You'll Do
- Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
- Take full ownership of the job site, crew, and overall install process
- Communicate directly with customers and set clear expectations
- Ensure installs are completed efficiently and to company standards
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and escalate issues when needed
- Collect payment and complete all job documentation
- Typically complete 1 install per day (2 for high-performing teams)
- Lead a 2-person (or more) crew and ensure the job runs smoothly
- Use ServiceTitan for job notes, documentation, and job tracking
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience as a Lead Installer running your own jobs
- Ability to lead a crew, manage the job, and take full accountability
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Strong communication skills with both customers and team members
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred
- Clean driving record and background
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Rotating Saturdays (scheduled in advance)
- No on-call schedule

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
