Job Overview

Duties
- Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly using RF scanners and order picker equipment
- Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory levels through data entry into warehouse management systems and inventory management software
- Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products according to shipping & receiving standards and trade compliance regulations
- Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to ensure optimal inventory levels in storage areas
- Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments, utilizing ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms
- Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, verifying shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations when applicable
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers, including order fulfillment and inventory management software proficiency
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely
- Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stock transactions
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP platforms, and Microsoft Office applications for data entry and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate order picking, packing, and inventory control
- Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance standards, international trade regulations, and e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus
