The Scott Home Team is a lean, high-performance real estate team operating across Mid-Michigan. We are not a revolving door brokerage. We are a small, intentional group of producers who hold each other accountable, work proven systems, and take our results seriously. The Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent to join our team. Experience is preferred, but it is not required. What we care about far more than your transaction count is your mindset, your coachability, and your hunger to grow.
You will have access to a full support structure from day one: a dedicated office manager, a virtual assistant, an active Zillow lead source, a Follow Up Boss CRM with your own phone number, and daily coaching and accountability. The infrastructure is here. We need someone who will show up and use it.

We are looking for a ROCKSTAR. Not someone who already has everything figured out, but someone who is willing to learn the right way to do things, follow a proven process, and earn their results. Specifically, we want someone who:
- Has a genuine drive to grow and improve, not just collect a license
- Leaves their ego at the door and embraces coaching
- Adapts quickly and executes on feedback without needing to reinvent the wheel
- Is accountable, consistent, and takes ownership of their results
- Communicates professionally and represents the team with integrity

Requirements
- Active Michigan real estate license, or currently enrolled in a licensing program
- Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to follow team systems and processes
Compensation
This is a performance-based earnings position. Agents earn income through real estate transactions with no salary cap.
