About the Role
As an Industrial Refrigeration Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the integrity and peak performance of complex cooling infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in ammonia-based systems to drive operational uptime, ensure rigorous safety compliance, and optimize mechanical reliability across our facility.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to extend the lifecycle of ammonia refrigeration assets.

Analyze and resolve complex system malfunctions, utilizing advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Uphold strict adherence to industrial safety standards and environmental regulations to protect personnel and infrastructure.

Document all service activities and repairs to maintain precise historical performance data.

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system upgrades that enhance overall energy efficiency.

Provide rapid response to urgent equipment failures, ensuring swift restoration of critical cooling services.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated proficiency in the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems.

Solid foundation in HVAC principles, industrial electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repair.
