Salary: $60,000–$65,000
Centurion Restaurant Group is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to join the opening leadership team for Havana Harry’s in Coral Gables, opening Early Summer 2026.
We are hiring now so our leadership team can complete structured training ahead of the opening and help build a strong team and culture from the ground up.
Established in 1995, Havana Harry’s is one of Miami’s premier Cuban and Latin-inspired restaurants, blending Cuban, Spanish, and Latin American flavors with a modern twist. We are looking for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in high-volume environments, leads from the floor, and is passionate about developing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a high-volume environment
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Coach, train, and develop service team members
- Manage shift execution, staffing levels, and operational flow
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with scheduling and labor management
- Oversee cash handling and financial procedures
- Complete required reports and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations
- Support hiring, training, and development of opening team
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on management style and floor presence
- Strong guest service focus and problem-solving skills
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- College degree preferred but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
